Job Title: Warehouse Packer
Location: Garfield, NJ
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
Compensation: $16 - $19 per hour, based on experience
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking and packing orders, building and breaking down pallets safely, and handling day-to-day warehouse operations. If you are reliable, punctual, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Build and safely break down pallets
- Operate pallet jacks for moving products
- Load and unload trucks as needed
- Count and receive inventory shipments
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Must speak English (Spanish speaking is a plus)
- Work authorization in the U.S. is required
